no.Spam.domino announces Inbox Colour Highlighting - a new feature that allows you to colour code the messages in your inbox automatically. Each no.Spam.domino mail rule can assign one of three custom background and foreground colours to a message and when these messages appear in your r6 inbox the message will appear highlighted in the colour combination you want.

A good example of how this can be used is to get your no.Spam.domino whitelist rule to assign a specific colour to messages from users you trust, perhaps by adding a light green background. So when a message from a trusted user appears in your inbox the line displaying that message will have a green background thus clearly distinguishing it from a mail from a non-trusted source.

You might want to set one of your anti-spam rules to highlight messages which has an executable attachment to have an orange background, indicating caution is required when opening.

Inbox Colour Highlighting is available now. To use the feature you need to use an R6 client with the r6 mail template or if you use a custom template add a colour selection column (we can assist). The user only has to configure their mailbox to display colours and voila... colour coded messages.

Instructions are included in the no.Spam.domino documentation - Section 6 "Mail Rules", "Additional Actions" under the heading "Highlight with Colour" which is towards the bottom..

To use this new feature just ensure that you have replicated your no.Spam.domino master database with DRCC and then refresh the design of your working copy.
