Blam! ... Protection for your blogs or any other web form
Tired of irrelevant, crude or spammy comments in your blog comments or guestbooks? Blam! offers a quick and easy solution and we're offering it to you for trial - free.
Blam! is a web based POST protector
that works with HTML form. Just add two lines of javascript to your form and Blam! will take care of blocking unwanted language, spammy URLs or connections. A simple web based interface allows you to block posts based on a number of criteria including originating IP address or country code, words and phrases, the type of browser being used, links in the message and even Regular Expression (RegEx) rules. Blam! gives you the option to block a post outright, redirect the user to another page (maybe explaining why the post was blocked), log the attempt and allow it through or pop up a java alert box to inform the users that their message isn't allowed. Once the beta is finished you'll also have the option to quarantine bad posts for later review.
